Restoration Prices and Procedures.

Restoration is not applied to the photograph but rather to a digitally scanned image of the photograph.

Scanning & Restoration

MINOR RESTORATION includes image fading, loss of color, and minor flaws                                   $50.00

MODERATE RESTORATION includes image fading and more significant surface damage                $75.00

MAJOR RESTORATION includes all necessary corrections plus restoration of missing parts.     $100.00

Colorization

The cost of colorization is based on the degree of complexity. Most individual portraits fall into the $75 range. More complicated environmental images require an individual estimate.

Printing

Once a digitized image is corrected the cost of a print, or prints must be added to the total cost. All images are reproduced on 100% cotton fiber paper using the highest quality pigment inks. All prints are guaranteed not to fade or discolor and all digital files remain the property of the customer.
